The award winning LOCKS SALON & SPA located in downtown Peterborough, Ontario, offers a complete array of tempting day spa and hair care services. As a full service Aveda Concept Salon & Spa, Locks is committed to Aveda's mission to care for the world we live in. Extraordinary Aveda products created from organically grown plants and other renewable resources are available for purchase and are used exclusively in all of our salon and spa treatments.

When should I arrive for my appointment?

To assure timely service to all our clients, we recommend that you check-in 15 minutes prior to the start of any appointment. This will allow enough time for a spa tour, changing into spa attire, and a consultation.

Will my personal items be stored securely?

Lockers are provided to you for the safe keeping of your personal belongings. We are, however, not responsible for lost or stolen items and encourage you to keep all valuables with you at all times.

How much notice do you need for a cancellation?

Please provide 24 hours advance notice when canceling salon/spa appointments and 2 weeks advance notice when canceling Bridal services to avoid cancellation charges.

Will I have to undress for my spa treatment?

Your privacy and comfort are of the utmost importance to us. Spa treatments require various levels of undress and our therapists are trained in appropriate methods of draping. Although your therapist will discuss a complete overview of the treatment you will experience, please feel free to ask any questions or make special requests to ensure your own comfort level.
